Dan Lenander has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and New York and has experience from some
of the best architect firms in the world. Worked with Kohn Pedersen Fox on the Museum of
Modern Art in New York,as design leader for NBBJ office in Shanghai and designer of Microsoft's
new campus have reinforced Dan's belief that great design can be the catalyst for innovation and
ideas.

On an odd shaped site we created a courtyard of townhouses that ensured privacy and sufficient space for everyone. Reflective metal panels on facade created an everchanging lightreflection on the facade.

Quadra Island Artist Cabins
Each cabin is produced from the local wood available on the site and manufactured in the woodshop using local labour and craftsmanship.

Mundell House is the recently completed addition to UBC Westbrook mall. Dan Lenander was the Lead Designer while with ZGF and can honestly say it looks pretty much as envisioned. Except for a few color changes this challenging project was done on a very tight budget. Utilizing corrugated metal and Hardi Board it came out looking great thanks to UBC properties, Kim Perry Landscape architects and Ventana construction.

Recently completed in Calgary, Southbank has some of the coolest Corten facade you can imagine. Conceived as a nod to the industrial nature of Inglewood and the artists that live in the area, the stair tower became a entrance element for Inglewood as you cross the bridge from Downtown Calgary.
Using waterjet to perforate the steel, holes and patterns were random to break down the scale of the tower.
